- Sellers can upload and offer memes for sale.
- Customers can browse and purchase memes for digital use, including on social media and marketing.
The Platform facilitates the transaction but does not own or produce the content offered by Sellers.
3. Account Registration
3.1 Mandatory Registration
To access full functionality—such as buying or selling memes—you must first register for an account. Registration is free but requires accurate, up-to-date information.
3.2 Eligibility
Only users 18 years or older may register and use the Platform. By registering, you confirm that you are legally eligible to enter into agreements.
3.3 Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Any actions taken through your account are considered your responsibility.
4. Intellectual Property
- Sellers retain ownership of their uploaded content.
- Upon sale, a non-exclusive license is granted to the buyer.

5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, memehoard.pro shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the total amount paid by the user within the previous 6 months.
6. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for any delay or failure in performance due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, cyberattacks, legal orders, or service provider outages.
7. Account Termination
memehoard.pro may suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion in case of violations, fraud, abuse, or suspicious behavior.
